Seattle Freak Show

Normally I am not an American Idol fan, however, I do have to admit that I love to watch the first round of auditions to see how many people make fools of themselves on national TV. Both of my hometowns have been featured in the first two episodes, which I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Simon Cowell hated Seattle and had nothing good to say about the talent here. He even thinks that people here look like monkeys. While watching last night's Seattle Auditions, we noticed that many of the crappy singers had flown here from other parts of the country, including the girl pictured above. She's from Texas. Is she even wearing a bra? I couldn't tell. Her mom was there with her, and if you want to know what her mom looks like, picture the girl above with long brown hair instead of blond. They both sported the bright red lipstick. Yikes! One guy named Red totally had me laughing so hard I almost peed my pajamas. He sang his version of Bohemian Rhapsody. He was so high pitched that he would have made crystal crack.

There is hope for Seattle to redeem itself. 14 singers made it through to Hollywood. I am cheering for the brother/sister duo from Lacey, WA. I can't remember their names, but hopefully all of America will know who they are by the season finalle!
