not your old school band

I went to the high school boys basketball championship game on Saturday night at the Tacoma Dome. Exciting game that went into double 0vertime, so I feel like I got my moneys worth! Since I look like I could still pass for a high school student, I felt like I fit in with the crowd fairly well. However, a few things have definitely changed since I've been in high school. For instance, the pep band....not only do they play my favorites like "Louie, Louie", "Hey Baby", and "Tequila" but now the band includes an electric bass player and a full drum set so we were able to rock out during timeouts to Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit.
