the malamute

Let me prefece by saying we did NOT get this dog (or any other dog). Last night the three of us went to Molly Moon's in Wallingford. They have weird ice cream flavors like strawberry balsamic, cake batter and salted carmel served in homemade waffle cones. I had the scout mint, which was crushed up thin mint cookies in vanilla ice cream. So good! The line to Molly Moon's was out the door, and we stood right behind a lady with a Malamute. It was huge! He was taller than Kayla and his head was about the 1/2 the size of Kayla. This didn't stop Kayla from wanting to follow him around and pet him. Thankfully the dog likes kids and loved being petted! I really like the look of this dog, but I think when the time comes for us to get a dog we will opt for something a little smaller.
